Our Story

Easttown Building Works was founded by Glenn Sarsale, whose 25‑year career blends fine art, architecture, construction management, and a decade as a general contractor. Trained in New York City and Paris, with advanced studies at NYU and an MBA from West Chester University, Glenn brings a builder’s perspective to every project—prioritizing feasibility, accurate documentation, and coordinated delivery. Having led the completion of more than 2 million square feet of commercial, residential, light industrial, and retail projects in his career, Glenn guides the firm with a focus on practical, buildable design and clear communication that supports developers, GCs, and property owners from concept through completion.
